1. Who we are

1.1 This website, earlynorth.com (the “Site”), is owned and operated by Lunar Leap Technologies LLP, a limited liability partnership registered in India under the Limited Liability Partnership Act, 2008. Its LLPIN is ACD-6585, and its registered office is at Crescent Bay, Jerbai Wadia Road, Bhoiwada, Parel, Mumbai 400012, Mumbai, India (“Lunar Leap”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

1.2 How our brands fit together. Vector CXO is a brand of Lunar Leap. Early North is a practice within Vector CXO, focused on manufacturers. Neither Vector CXO nor Early North is a separate legal entity. Every service offered under either name is provided by Lunar Leap.

2. Accepting these terms

2.1 By using the Site, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Site.

2.2 The Site is meant for businesses and the people who represent them. By using it, you confirm that you are at least 18 and able to enter into a binding agreement. If you use the Site for an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to act for it.

3. What the Site is

3.1 The Site describes how Early North works with manufacturers to improve how their business runs, using process review and AI workflows. It also lets you book a free call with us or request a factory review.

3.2 General information only. Everything on the Site is general information. It is not engineering, technical, safety, quality, regulatory, tax, legal, accounting or financial advice, and it isn’t tailored to your circumstances. Take advice from a qualified professional before acting on it.

3.3 Illustrations. The factory, people, quotes, figures, timelines and outcomes on the Site are illustrations built from common patterns. They are not clients, real events or results we have achieved, and they are not a promise of any result.

3.4 Tools on the Site. The fit checklist gives a rough guide based only on what you tick. It is not an assessment of your business.

3.5 Third party facts. Where we cite figures from other organisations, we name the source. We don’t verify them independently, and they may change.

4. No agreement for services

4.1 Using the Site, submitting the form or receiving a reply doesn’t create any agreement, advisory or professional relationship, or duty of care between you and us.

4.2 Any services we provide, including a factory review, are governed only by a separate written agreement signed by both parties. A separate confidentiality agreement covers any business records you share.

4.3 Descriptions of our services on the Site, including timings and deliverables, are indicative. The written agreement prevails.

5. What we never do

Under no agreement do we:

  • certify products, processes or emissions data
  • sign documents on your behalf
  • send anything to your customers, suppliers or any authority without your approval

Your engineers, quality team, auditors and accredited bodies stay responsible for those decisions.

6. What you send us through the Site

6.1 Please don’t send confidential, commercially sensitive or personal information about others through the Site’s form. If we go ahead together, we’ll arrange a secure channel under a confidentiality agreement.

6.2 You confirm that anything you send is accurate, that you’re entitled to send it, and that it doesn’t infringe anyone’s rights.

6.3 Ideas or feedback you share about the Site or our services may be used by us without any obligation to you. This never covers your business records, which are handled only under clause 4.2.

7. Intellectual property

7.1 The Site and everything on it belong to Lunar Leap or its licensors. That includes the Early North and Vector CXO names and logos, the text, the design, the graphics, and the selection and arrangement of content.

7.2 You may view the Site and share links to it, and print or save pages for your own internal business use. You may not:

  • copy, republish, sell or adapt it
  • use our names or logos without written permission
  • scrape the Site, or use its content to train any AI model

7.3 Third party names and marks on the Site belong to their owners. Their use doesn’t imply endorsement.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • break, probe or bypass the Site’s security
  • upload harmful code
  • send spam or unlawful material through the form
  • impersonate anyone
  • use the Site in any way that breaks the law

We may block access from anyone who does.

9. Disclaimers

9.1 The Site is provided “as is” and “as available”. We take reasonable care, but we don’t promise that it is accurate, complete, current, uninterrupted or free of errors or harmful code.

9.2 To the extent the law allows, we exclude all warranties and conditions not expressly stated in these terms.

10. Limitation of liability

10.1 To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site or reliance on its content. That includes loss of profit, revenue, business, data or reputation.

10.2 Our total liability arising from the Site is limited to INR 10,000.

10.3 Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for fraud.

11. Indemnity

You agree to compensate Lunar Leap for losses, claims and reasonable costs that arise from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the Site.

Links to other websites are for convenience only. We don’t control them, and we’re not responsible for their content or practices.

13. Changes

We may update these terms, the Site or our services at any time. The date at the top shows the current version. Continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept it.

14. General

14.1 Severability: if any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in force.

14.2 No waiver: if we don’t enforce a right, that doesn’t waive it.

14.3 Assignment: you may not transfer your rights under these terms. We may transfer ours to a successor to our business.

14.4 Events beyond our control: we aren’t liable for failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control.

14.5 Whole agreement: these terms, together with the privacy notice, are the whole agreement about your use of the Site.

15. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them or from the Site.
