The factory review.
If our first conversation shows a problem worth a closer look, the review measures it from your own records.
How the review runs
We agree what to look at: the whole business, or one customer or product line. You get the scope and price in writing.
You share records from a recent period through a secure link, under an NDA.
We talk to the people who run planning, buying, sales and finance.
You get a short report, and we walk you through it.
What to send
- Orders and changes, as they arrived: emails, WhatsApp exports, portal downloads
- Purchase orders, with promised and actual delivery dates
- What you shipped, and the documents that went with it
- Invoices, debit notes and payments received
Exports from your ERP, accounting software or spreadsheets all work. Drawings and prices are optional. Customer names can be codes.
What the report covers
- Where money leaked, ranked, with a rough cost for each
- The one to fix first, and why
- What fixing it takes: a process change, a person, or software
- What you can fix yourselves, without us
- Which records to tidy first, whatever you decide
What it costs, and what happens after
Free. A 30 minute conversation about your business, with no obligation.
Paid. We agree its scope together after the call, and you get the price in writing before you share anything.
Stop there. The report is yours. Your records are destroyed within 30 days, and we confirm it in writing.
Fix it yourselves. The report shows what you can do without us.
Build with us. You pay once for each build, then a monthly fee to keep it running. We start with the first fix and add the next once it holds.
