Who will I speak to?
The person who would lead your review. Not a salesperson.
Will you try to sell me something?
No. The call is for both of us to understand whether there's a fit. If there isn't, we'll say so.
Do I need to share any data for the call?
No. Just talk us through how your factory runs. Records come later, only if we work together, and only under an NDA.
What does it cost?
The call is free. If we agree on a next step, it's scoped and priced in writing before anything starts.
Can I speak to your clients?
Early North is a new practice. The examples on this site are illustrations, and they’re marked that way. What you can judge us on is this call, and a report on your own numbers.
We already have an ERP. Why would we need this?
Keep it. We build around your ERP, your spreadsheets and your inboxes, not instead of them.
What if the AI gets something wrong?
It drafts and flags. It never sends anything on its own. Anything it’s unsure of goes to a person, and a person approves every step.
